Gallego Discusses Farming, Ranching Policy with Arizona Farm Bureau
WASHINGTON, DC – Today, Rep. Ruben Gallego (AZ-03), met with leaders and members of the Arizona Farm Bureau. The Bureau is Arizona’s largest farm and ranch organization, with members from all parts of the state and agricultural sector.
“Arizona farmers and ranchers grow our economy, create jobs, and keep our state and country fed,” said Rep. Gallego. “It was a pleasure to meet with the Arizona Farm Bureau today to discuss ways we can work together to support these goals. As Congress continues to debate the Farm Bill, I’ll look forward to fighting for Arizona’s famers to ensure they get the support they deserve.”
In addition to meeting with the Farm Bureau, as part of his ongoing consideration of the 2023 Farm Bill, Gallego met with officials and stakeholders in Western Arizona in April.
