MR. SPEAKER, THIS IS THE FINAL AMENDMENT TO THE BILL. IT WILL NOT DELAY THE BILL, KILL THE BILL OR SEND IT BACK TO COMMITTEE. IF ADOPTED, THE BILL WILL PROCEED IMMEDIATELY TO FINAL PASSAGE, AS AMENDED. AS MEMBERS OF CONGRESS, WE MUST ALWAYS HONOR OUR PROMISES TO THE MEN AND WOMEN WHO SERVE IN OUR MILITARY.
Mr. Chairman,
I rise to offer an amendment that would prevent the FAA from moving forward with plans to redesign the Phoenix Metroplex airspace.

“Today we celebrate the life and teachings of César Chávez, a civil rights leader whose work changed the lives of millions and continues to make an impact today.
Thank you, Mr. Speaker.
I rise today to highlight an issue that impacts those who deserve our deepest gratitude and highest resolve to do right by: our veterans.
Mr. Speaker,
Today Americans are working more and earning less. The cost of college is rising, young people are in debt, and America’s infrastructure is in decay.
