Ruben Gallego (D-AZ) released the following statement in response to an announcement that the Department of Transportation will award a $21.3 million grant to the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport for an ongoing reconstruction project. The grant will go towards reconstruction of 90,000 square yards of the Terminal 4 apron, the fifth phase of the project.
